Dragon Bridge
An unanswered question of sunset
Fears scheduled to be conquered
Acquire quickly the concept of courage
Believe in championing the pure
Carefree warm afternoons of youth
Smack a serious sound of wooden swords
Magical era avoiding consequences
Crossing the bridge belonged to storytellers
Dedicated to contest oppression
Friend and rival joined the cause
Brothers must tend the fields
Did not understand mother’s tears
Only a vague vision of battle
Prayer the obvious prerequisite
Unaware of God as a traveling companion
Knowing the sins I must commit
Warned of folly
Against opinion
Prepared to move
Decisions blossom
Clear the vile invaders
Dodging arrows as they fly
Gaining the freedom in life
Freedom from everything in death
Cannot turn back from here
Stone arch stands above the mighty river
Inspired by fellow heroes
Stepping over corpses of martyrs
In the shadow of the Castle, I cross the Dragon Bridge
